Februar 2025 mit einer WhatsApp Nachricht im Freundeskreis startete, besteht inzwischen aus <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Gesellschaft <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Gesellschafter:innen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Anwesen von 1903 in Neustadt an der Weinstra\u00dfe <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Architekten f\u00fcr eine Konzeption der Phase 0  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 unterschiedlichen Entw\u00fcrfen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Skizze <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Modellen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&gt;19 gemeinsamen Besprechungen <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was haben wir vor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir sind sieben Freund:innen, die sich seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren kennen. Wir leben heute in Bensheim, Mainz und Mannheim und haben vor, unsere vierte, die letzte, Lebensphase gemeinsam in einer Hausgemeinschaft zu leben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir bauen kein privates Pflegeheim, aber auch kein Mehrfamilienhaus. Wir planen eigene Wohnungen als private R\u00fcckzugsr\u00e4ume, Gemeinschaftsfl\u00e4chen, um zusammen und in unserem Quartier auch \u00fcber philoi hinaus aktiv zu sein, eine separate Wohnung erst f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste, dann f\u00fcr Pflege und alles unter der Pr\u00e4misse, Barrierearmut und die Bed\u00fcrfnisse im hohen Alter \u00fcberall mitzudenken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Ziel ist es, uns auf diese Weise im Alter unsere Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit und Privatheit durch Gemeinschaft zu erhalten und Einsamkeit und Abh\u00e4ngigkeit zu entgehen und unsere Angeh\u00f6rigen zu entlasten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Lebensphase ist f\u00fcr uns (wir sind zwischen 44 &amp;
